Everyday I get an email from someone trying to sell me on the idea that multiple stream of MLM income is the way to go just to get into my pockets.

I don't buy it.

Here's why?

I know that every single one of those people that contacts me asking my to diversify my MLM income is probably just jumping from one business to another.

I mean it would be one thing for someone to send me an email that says . . .

Hey Daegan I have something for you to look at and then they show me how they went from earning a high level of income in one company and then decided to diversify into another with a business plan mapped out as to how they map the move and how they did it successful and how I could do it to if I so choose.

But all I get are emails saying . . .

Hey Daegan I know you currently work with X company, but you gotta check out this new business it's great and it's got this and that and it's moving at light speed. Get in before you get left behind!

I am always left with the question of "Why?"

How do they know I don't I want to get left behind?

And when I ask them why I should diversify there is not answer except that its moving fast and I would be missing out on a lot of money if I don't act.

Well, if this happens to you and you take the person up on their offer without taking the time to really think through the logistics of the deal you will be doing what's called "following the herd"

It's like a herd of buffalo comes running by and in the excitement you start running with them, but for no better reason than they are running.

Where are they going? Why are they going there? Why did they start running?

If you get caught up in the excitement and start running with them you never give yourself the chance to answer these important questions.

But in retrospect aren't these questions very important in trying to decide whether or not you want to start running with them?

Not to take this analogy to far, but what if that herd started running because one buffalo started running a direction with no real forethought as to where he was going.

He just started running.

Is that a herd you would want to start running with?

Not me.

As I grow in my network marketing experience I want to leave you with one jewel of knowledge to carry with you as you run your business.

The secret to success in network marketing has NOTHING to do with following where they go or doing what they do.

Rather the secret to network marketing success is imbedded in your passion.

Are you passionate about what you're promoting?

I mean truly passionate!

If you are then nothing can stop you from getting what your heart desires.

No herd can detour your progress if you're truly passionate about what your doing.

That is where your success lies.

It's when you know in your heart that your business is your business and you're in the right place at the right time for you and not because someone said you were.

Here's why . . .

Once you know this you become that lead buffalo.

You start running in your direction and guess what happens they start to follow.
